Most of the people that we talked to were Orthodox. They believed in Christ and understood that he paid for thier sins, but still did not have the assurance of where they would spend eternity. Pray that these people would begin to search the scriptures for themselves and start to depend upon the work of Christ alone.
Last night we went into the community surrounding the church and shared Christ with the people in the streets. It was encouraging to see that the Babtist church we have been working with had a well thought out strategy on how to reach thier community and spread the gospel in thier own city. The project they have created breaks the community into 12 diffrent sections and a leader is appointed to each one to share Christ with the people in that section of the city. Pray that God works through this method and that hearts would be open to recieve.
